NVT Protocols

The NVT Protocols are ‘like a recipe book’ for trial providers and plant breeders used to enter the trials. It contains every needed piece of information about how the program is run and administered.

Our protocols set the standards for our trials, including, but not limited to:

• general information and administration
• entry requirements
• site selection, preparation and profiling
• trial design and management
• harvest and grain quality.

It’s a living document that is regularly updated as the program evolves ensuring we meet our high standards.
